Any supply of fuel, bunkering service or trade is governed by our general terms and conditions of sale together with the terms of the individual nomination, confirmation or contract agreed between us and the counterparty. Where those terms conflict with these Terms of Use, the terms of the supply contract prevail in respect of that supply.
